Wow doesn't spring semester just FLY by!?
We had a very eventful spring semester and want to take this time out to thank all of our dedicated members and participators. We hope our chapter of AIChE/SBE helped in some way this year; whether it be with internships, networking, or just meeting people in our major.
At the AIChE Regional Conference this year, we had many people participate in the poster/paper competition, and a special congratulations goes out to our ChemE Car Team, who broke the school record distance at the ChemE Car Competition!!
We are also extremely excited to announce that next year, the Johns Hopkins University will be hosting the 2010 AIChE Regional Conference! A lot of planning will be in the works, so stay tuned and be sure to follow all the progress on our new Conference Website.
A very special farewell is also due to our Class of 2009 - who graduated and will be representing our school and department in the years to come. Also, we are very happy to welcome the NEW AIChE/SBE officer’s of the 2009-2010 school year.
